Day 2, we were greeted by a cold morning, breathing in crisp fresh air, complimentary breakfast and an attitude to get back on the road to get this 2nd drive started.

With weather being absolutely amazing compared to yesterday. Conditions were immaculate. We had a lot of time to spare today as the drive was only 7 hours roughly. So we took our time stopping often, spending time at most stops relaxing and managing to do multiple workouts while at those spots

Finally getting into Kansas City, in the hotel room we had booked for Meghan & I by my Father in-law. We are absolutely tired and glad to be plonked out on the bed with Ollie pretty tired herself.

One thing I have made a point of doing is to be ontop of mobility drills. Being stuck in a car for hours and hours isn't necessarily ideal. So, we have bought with us our mobility tools (foam roller, lacrosse ball, etc) and making sure that in the hotel room do a mad mobility session and at every stop do general mobility work followed by a workout.
